To set up your portal, contact the office at 856-452-8586.
Established HMGS patients may access biopsy reports or receive communications from the HGMS office staff via our online Patient Portal. The Patient Portal can be accessed from a mobile device or a desktop computer. Patient usernames and initial passwords are assigned by the HMGS office team.
Note: The portal is for messages only. Patients cannot arrange a virtual telehealth visit through the portal – for this please use the PocketPatient app on your smartphone.
